Black mussels cooked in extra virgin olive oil, spring onion, garlic and chilli in a tomato and white wine sauce with sliced baguette.
Seafood pan fried in olive oil, garlic chilli, kaffir lime, fresh ginger all finished in a Napolitano, white wine broth and served with bread.
